    You can try entering your phones number as an email address in the link I posted below and see if it helps (enter the number as it is entered on the camera, as an email address) The only other thing I can think to try is to use premium and enter your phones number (as an email address) on the portal instead of in the camera. I'm not sure this will make much, if any, difference though.

    I did that last night didn’t do anything yet. I remover my email I’m going to wait to see if I get pictures through text first. I also deleted that email account and I’m setup a new one.

    OK, let us know how it goes. Just to clarify the camera is sending the pictures, ATT is blocking them is what's causing the problem.

    But the email always worked all I get now is reports like telling the camera to do something like check signal strength , add email etc. but will not send any pictures anymore at all

    Yes has got pictures and reports . Me reports only to email no pictures. Text messages nothing at all

    Two weeks ago it was the other way around he wouldn’t  get any pictures or reports but he doesn’t use emails just the text messages. I’m the one who Monitors all the camera he just likes to look at the pictures.

    If anything is getting through to either phone, the problem is NOT the camera! The camera sends photos, status reports, etc., to the Spartan Camera server, then the server sends them to your email, phone, etc. If one phone is getting something and the other isn’t, the problem is between the server and the phone. The camera does not send directly to phone or email and it only sends things ONCE to the server, then the server passes it to the phone numbers and email addresses.

    I would try a completely different phone number and email address and see how it works then. Are you using premium at all?

    It’s like email forwarding I know. So when I add this new email is it going to work or am I still not going to not get pictures also do I have to register that new email?

    I would think you should get pictures at least for a while because ATT hasn't had time to block anything. It can't hurt to register that new address.

    I’m going to do email address only them forward them to my phone from that email. Then stop using the phone number emails to see if it will stop the blocking. May not work but it’s worth trying it

    I figured it out a setting in my phone was turned off it was background app refresh works now.
