Still having problems
I’m still having problems with this camera not sending me pictures. It all started again Sunday night. My husband gets his but I’m not getting anything at all no emails of text to my phone number. If I remove my phone number out of the camera and put a regular email address will it work. Will it quit this blocking email phone numbers . I’m tempted to erase the whole stupid camera and start over. We do not use the app this is not a option to fix it. Camera is attb

You can try entering your phones number as an email address in the link I posted below and see if it helps (enter the number as it is entered on the camera, as an email address) The only other thing I can think to try is to use premium and enter your phones number (as an email address) on the portal instead of in the camera. I'm not sure this will make much, if any, difference though.

If anything is getting through to either phone, the problem is NOT the camera! The camera sends photos, status reports, etc., to the Spartan Camera server, then the server sends them to your email, phone, etc. If one phone is getting something and the other isn’t, the problem is between the server and the phone. The camera does not send directly to phone or email and it only sends things ONCE to the server, then the server passes it to the phone numbers and email addresses.
