    I updated my app on my phone. I choose no on the archive question & it never goes any further than the next page with the Spartan logo. What am i doing wrong?

    Tell me if I'm correct. Folks that did have GUEST ACCESS will now have to open an account with the Spartan Portal to be able to continue as a guest correct??

    so they have to have there own account on my camera, that means they have control over the settings, my personal info, etc. that does not seem right,

    No, they have their own account that has nothing to do with your cameras at all. When you share with them you also have the option to share admin and guest access just like always. All the creating account does for them is add an email to their app to link the shared camera(s) to.

    IF they are and guest and you then you decide you dont want them to see your pics  anymore! how do you go about them not seeing pictures anymore in the new app?? i know the old way i could change the access code?  i need to know this before deer season! lol.

    You go into the shared settings on your app and remove that person. Nice thing is you can remove one person at a time and don't have to change any codes. This way if you don't have to change the code and then give the new code to people that you still want to receive the pictures.

    Old app still work? Cuz I cant change settings, or schedule a settings update from cam to server, or anything from old app.

    I'm using version 2.0.0

    I don't see a new version on app store yet.

    Just waiting for the android version to update at the app store, IOS is already available. Your old app should still be working fine. Do you have any commands pending already?

    idk. I changed the settings on camera out in woods today. now I see request update settings is complete when I look at app.

    I don't see any pending., but in app the settings are different than I put on cam. for example I said video, but app says picture.

    I have never received a pic from woods, but did from home when I bought the cam.

    I have the limit of pics to be sent set at ZERO, and I want to change that from the app, but it wont allow me to change anything, just view settings.

    not having much luck...

    thanks for any advice.

    actually, I am on my.spartancamera.com    I think its a desktop version on my cell.  that's not the app I guess.

    I cant get it to respond, even on my laptop.

    i'll probably wait for the new version app to try and deal with this, but should be able to get things going from the my.spartancamera.com, login,,,no?

    Your pic limit should be set to zero for unlimited pictures. When you look at the settings screen do you see the "update" and "retrieve" buttons at the bottom of the screen? When was the last time you used the camera and had it send a picture? You may be out of premium credits.

    I wasted a lot of money on Spypoint Link, just not strong enough for signal.  Spartan has better signal strength,  and now hoping to get the Spartan to send me some pics,,,would be so nice...

    Yes you should from my.spartan. Click on the account tab and look at your credit history and see if you have any premium credits remaining.

    Thanks,,i guess im trecking back out into the snow to check those things,,,,i'll also look into premium credits,,,if I can figure out how.

    wish I could do these things from my cabin in front of my woodstove!

    says free premium credit expired 3/16/19.

    I updated cc info,,,(they already had it)

    it says I have no wireless subscription on account.  this I don't understand. I have Verizon cell. I thought I connected these two when I did initial setup...
