no statice pic

after turning the camera off and putting new batteries in, then turning camera back on, I no longer get my daily report or my statice pic, but i do get motion active pics, this happen before and took almost 24 hours to start getting my reports and statice pics, but now nothing but motion active pics coming in, any idea what is going on

  You probably have to do a settings update. The camera may have defaulted itself when the batteries died.

  In addition to what Johnny says, double-check those settings and make absolutely sure that the time zone is set. Sometimes that info is lost and without the time zone, all the scheduled events are flaky if they work at all.
