Attb not sending pictures

As of 9 pm no pictures texts or emails absolutely nothing. Batteries are full charged, not sure about signal can’t get code to work. Last picture sent was at 9:12pm was sent email and text. All cameras plans are active I’m lost on this one.

    Your message is a little hard to understand. Do you mean that the last pic was 9:12 pm Monday and nothing since? Are you running auto or premium? What’s your phone carrier? (Asking because Verizon had a text outage yesterday, although I think it was In the eastern part of the US.)

    No midnight status report? (If auto, I don’t remember if there is one.)

    All other cameras functioning normally?

    SD card may have gone bad.

    It’s a AT&T camera I’m getting emails again but no text. The wind was really bad yesterday had some severe storms blow in about 4am highest wind was 42

    I know it’s an AT&T camera (ATTb is pretty clearly AT&T). I asked about your PHONE service. If you are getting emails, but not texts, and you have AT&T PHONE service, it’s probably AT&T messing with MMS delivery again. I don’t think wind will have any effect, but who knows?

    I have AT&T but last night neither worked at all now just getting emails only.

    If you are getting emails, then the cameras ARE taking and sending pictures. The problem is with your text service on your AT&T phones.

    This happens constantly with AT&T. Recently I've been getting pictures from my AT&T camera texted to my phone 10 min late. At least I'm getting them though. Sometimes I go days and days and days without getting text pictures from AT&T. This has been going on for 4 years that I have had my AT&T Spartan camera. Looks like the problem is never going to be resolved.

    First, it’s a problem with your AT&T phone service, not with the cameras and not with the cameras sending to the Spartan server. The problem is happening between the Spartan server and the AT&T message server/your phone. It isn’t something that Spartan Camera can do anything about. If the messages were going to a Verizon (or some carrier other than AT&T), you would not see that delay. If the cameras were Verizon (or some other carrier) and going to your AT&T phone as text messages, they would be delayed. 

    Second, premium service and the app is generally more reliable than texting/messaging because the pics go from the Spartan server to your phone WITHOUT going through the AT&T messaging server.

    BTW, I have been getting pics from my camera that you have but I haven’t been comparing the time that they arrived via text message and the time stamp on them. I will keep an eye out for that from now on. I don’t have that camera on my app, though.

    Your camera was taking pictures last night and this morning but not sending them. I swapped it out for my old one and it is working for now. I think the last one your camera sent was the guy walking his dog. He's a friend of mine.
