Can’t find the Take Pic Now feature on new apo. Am I missing something?

I updated to the latest app where we are supposed to have a take pic now feature. I can’t find that on the app or the site. Any pointers? Am I missing something

  Open the camera settings and then close the camera settings and then take a photo now should appear.

  Is real time turned on on the camera and checked off in the settings?
