    You can try clearing the cache for the app and also make sure there is no space before you start typing the email address, you may not see it or put it there but if it happens you won't be able to log in. Have you tried restarting your phone?

    I cleared cache, there is no space before or after the email, typing an email without a - works. It is the - that causes the issue.

    That hyphen could be the problem, I'm not sure but I will pass that along and have it looked into. I don't know why it asks for access to make calls, I deny that permission.

    App not allowing login says email not recognized when everything has been verified. No problem til new app. New app not so good. Restarted phone-no luck. What next

    Bwdach01, do you have a hyphen or some other symbol in your email address? What type of phone?

    After testing it seems that having a hyphen (dash) in the email throws the error. Can you please fix that?
