Sim card

I put my new SIM card in my new camera Saturday but could not get it activated until today because I have a business account.
I got it activated today. When I turn on the camera it starts searching. After a bit it says no SIM card installed. Please install SIM card and restart camera. I though the SIM card maybe was not pushed in far enough so I nudged it a little further. When I try to restart the camera it does the same thing says no SIM card. Who knows how to removed the card so I can try to reinstall it and try again?

    If you give it a little push in it should pop out a bit so you can grab it just like the SD card.

    You may need tweezers or good fingernails. The SIM cards in the new cams can be annoying.

    What model camera? GC-what? 

    You may need to check firmware version and also be sure that you are using a class 10, standard-sized, name brand SD card no larger than 32G. I have seen SD cards cause problems with the cameras going online.
