Getting Pics Online/within the App but seldom via Text Messages

I'm receiving pictures within my phone app and online, but I only receiving about 10% of them via text message. My uncle has a Spartan Game Cam too and he's experiencing the same issue. Any suggestions?

  Text is not as reliable as the app because text relies on your cell carrier’s messaging server. There isn’t anything you can do about it. If the photos are getting to the server, the camera and the server are working properly.
