No text but photos delivered to app
How does photos from my Verizon camera get delivered to the sparton portal? Does it use Verizon to receive.
If it does then the Verizon cell serves is working great then. So why would/does the photo get sent to the app almost real time but no text photo

If you have a Verizon camera then the camera uses Verizon to deliver the pics to the portal. From there the portal sends the pics out to the app/text/email. The app is there most reliable and text seems to be the least reliable (especially att cell phones) the carriers sometimes block or delay the text pictures getting from the portal to your cell phone.

Did you enter your phone number as an email contact on the server, then select it as a delivery option for that particular camera?
Did you enter your phone number as an email address, with a carrier suffix (e.g., phone_number@mms.att.net for an AT&T phone, phone_number@vzwpix.com for Verizon) and no 1 at the beginning or spaces or hyphens in the number, just the 10 numbers?
If you did both those things, then it’s down to what Johnny said. Pics go directly from the Spartan server to the app, but for text, they go through your phone carrier’s message server so that’s an extra step. Texts sometimes get hung up during busy times or don’t make it at all.
