Camera will not send test image or any image.
I have a brand new camera that I just bought that worked for about a month, and it stopped so I went and got it out of the woods, and now when I try to send a test image, it will say setting, sending, and then say searching for network, for a few minutes and then it will just cut off. I have changed the sims card in the camera to see if that was the issue, and the camera is showing excellent cell service. I was curious if there was anything else I could try or if you knew what would be causing this issue?

Last firmware update or app update?
What model camera?
is there any chance that start stop times were set accidentally?
Have you checked the portal to see whether there are gaps in the picture numbers? That would show whether the cameras are taking pics but not sending or not taking at all at night.
What brand, capacity, class SD card?
What type of batteries and how’s the battery level?
