Moisture droplets inside photo lens; bad photos; erratic operation
I have a AT&T GoCam Model GC-A4Gb set-up by the dealer on April 3, 2019. Test photos were all good. Later that day camera was triggered and photos were emailed as programmed. I got 0.8" rain morning of April 6, 2019. I did get several error messages when I checked the camera log related to needing to confirm email, no address associated with host name, missing parameter user ID, and others. I confirmed my email several times and told the camera to retrieve the original settings several times starting on April 5 through April 10. The camera was triggered several times each night, but the photos got progressively worse each passing day becoming more blurry or grainy. I triggered the camera to take a photo of me April 9 which had a bad glare across the top and right side. Starting today (April 11) the camera started taking repetitive photos with no apparent trigger event (no animal movement on any photo) beginning at about 11:45 am and continued until about 1:30 PM when I turned it off. Upon close examination I can see water droplets on the inside of the camera lens which I believe accounts for the extremely poor quality photos. I don't believe this part of the camera should have any moisture in it. I don't intend to try to take anything apart to fix this. What should I do next? Thanks for your help...

Your are going to have to send the camera back. Is the rubber washer between the camera case and antenna? You can click on this link and get the RMA claim going.

Yes the washer is there... antenna was hand tight. When I open the camera I now can see streaks of condensation moisture inside of the little view screen. I used the link above and was finally able to register this camera. I guess they had not yet processed the registration card I mailed back on April 5th.
