Not all photos sending
I have just gotten out Spartan Go camera all set up and ready to use. I have found that not every trigger is being sent to the mobile app. I have 12 credits and only one camera. I am using US Cellular and having no issues with service (cell phone also through US Cellular and getting full bars of 4G LTE).
I have found when pulling the camera I am getting good quality photos, yet some, more than 85% are not getting sent to my email (option is choosen) or the app provided. Anyone have any input as to where/how I can fix this issue?

SD Card - SanDisk Ultra plus 32GB, V10
Reset camera to default settings along with updated to recent firmware 2018-01-02-11:27:53
I am getting status reports, received one this morning but some commands I sent yesterday at 15:30 never went through (requested a high res photo as well as a settings update)
Memory card is empty and has 95% free space
Did a test photo, and was sent within 15 seconds of taking the photo

Do you have burst mode turned on? If so the camera does not send all pictures of the burst, just the last picture. Look at the online portal and check the picture numbers and see if there are gaps in the numbers and if so is there any pattern to the gaps? Also pay attention to if there are pictures on the portal that didn't get to the app.

Yes burst mode is turned on and have noticed that only one does send, I have seen this on the few occasions it has actually sent. I am not seeing any difference in the portal vs the app
The portal vs what is actually on the so card is a major difference. The portal says there is 17 photos taken, vs over 50 on the sd card. Battery voltage is 3/5 at 5.1 volts.
I have also not seen any type of trend as to where certain photos are being sent.

If you have burst mode on a 3 picture burst and you received 17 pictures on the portal/app then there should be 51 pictures on the SD card. 5.1 volts is getting low and close to time to change the batteries, especially if you are using lithium batteries.
