AT&T data plan balance

I’ve been searching for almost a month trying to find out how to check the balance on my data plan. Any help would be appreciated.

Is this a Spartan plan or one through ATfT Buy-A-Session? If BAS, log into your account, then look at that device. There should be graphs showing data use and days.

If it’s a Spartan plan, I’m not sure whether there’s a way to check it but I think you get an email when the data is running low.

To add to what Liz has mentioned you should also be able to check your history on the online portal if using Spartan data. It won't tell you how much you've used or how much is left but it should tell you when you purchased the plan. It also should auto renew.

Biggest lesson learned with att through spartan is you can’t see the data usage and I did not get a warning, just an email it had been renewed. BuyaSession tells you on that site in days and data and it does not auto renew, but an email comes when it’s out. BAS is more user friendly other than premium isn’t built in. Was told eventually data usage via spartan att plan would be available at some point.

If you get an AT&T SIM, you can switch to BAS. Just throwing that out there in case that’s something you want to do.
