Cameras not sending pictures

Is there any chance that the other 3 cameras just haven’t taken any pics yet? Cameras won’t grab another credit until they send a photo. Do you have any photo events scheduled?

i have an old phone, so my phone doesn’t have a battery setting under rack app, but look at your phone settings (not the settings when you are in the app), application manager, Spartan Camera, and see if there are battery settings in there. You don’t want battery saving on.

Have status reports scheduled everyday at 7pm. My credits ran out on the 25th and I purchased 12 more on the 29th of last month and still haven't got any pictures from the other 3, but they also didn't use a credit. Is there a way to manually make them take a credit?

So no photo scheduled events. I would change that if I were you. Set at least one a day. I used 3 or more.

There is no way to make a camera take a credit. They won’t take a credit until they send a picture. That’s to keep them from using credits unnecessarily.

Is there any chance that they just haven’t taken pictures in all this time? I do have some cameras in places that don’t get activity unless there’s something happening that shouldn’t be. Those cameras could for for several weeks without taking a photo if we don’t go to the camp.

Had a guy out that way yesterday go check on them and he turned them off and back on, so they would have definitely taken pictures.

Did he take/send manual photos? (Camera in SETUP mode, connected to cell network. Point it at something, press OK to take pic, press OK again to send pic, watch screen for messages. Should be “setting”, “sending”, and “sent”. May do a count up for sending (sending 1 of 9, 2 of 9, etc., second number may be something other than 9).

No he wasn't familiar with the cameras, I just told him to turn them off and back on. I'll head out this weekend and see if i can get them going

You may want to default them, test send a pic, then request a setting update to get them back to the settings you want, do another couple of test pics.

I highly recommend setting at least one photo event a day so that you get a picture at least once a day even if nothing is happening in front of the camera.
