    What model camera (GC-What?)

Are you running it auto (text pics) or premium (app/portal)?

Did you take/send a photo manually? (Camera in SETUp mode and on the cell network, point it at something, press OK to take pic, OK again to send pic)

Did you get status reports at midnight each day?

What brand, class (4, 6, or 10) SD card?

Did the SD card have pictures on it, meaning that the camera took the pics but did not send them?

Did the camera take your picture when you went to check it?

The camera did not capture a picture when I went to move the camera. I have the camera sending a status report twice a day and forced a picture on Tuesday. All seemed be working. I cycled the power when I moved the camera, maybe I turned it off before it sent the picture. After repositioning the camera I walked by it and received a picture. With the amount of activity in the area I am surprised ime not getting at least the moose

Could be a memory card problem. Is the firmware up to date?

    What model camera, please?

The picture count on the status report is just of transmitted pics. If the camera was taking pics but not sending them, the status report count would not include those that were taken and not sent. That’s why I asked whether there were pics on the SD card.

That’s one of the troubleshooting things we ask about. We have to find out whether the camera is not taking pics at all, taking but not sending, taking but not sending some, etc.

Have you considered setting some photo events every day? All my cameras sent pics at 9 AM, 3 PM, and 9 PM, plus status reports at midnight and 3 AM (takes care of the time change). Then either pics or status reports at 7 AM, noon, and 6 PM. The event photos let me know that all is well. Some of my cameras are in areas that they won’t take pics for several weeks at a time if all is well. By getting event photos, I know they’re working fine.

That log is just the app checking for pictures on the server, it doesn't mean anything as far as camera function. The camera model will be GC-??????
