Camera not sending new pics but sending old pics
I have two cameras that have both quit sending new pictures but both are sending old pictures. I've changed the batteries and replaced the SD cards but still have the same problem. I'm using Auto and have US Cellular. I don't know how they could be sending old pictures from April when I changed out the SD cards twice in May.

That definitely doesn’t make any sense. Is the camera date/time set correctly?
Did you format the SD cards in the cameras? They are class 10 cards?
Are you sure that the pictures are old rather than current but with wrong date/time?
I’ve seen cameras transmit old pics, but it was only cameras on Premium and the old photo is always an HD request with an SD card that has gone bad so every new photo has the same picture number.

The date and time are correct and I always format the SD cards every time I pull and replace them. It started last weekend after I changed the interval between pics from 1 minute to 3 minutes because I was getting too many photos. When I pulled the SD card yesterday each camera had over 250 pictures on the card and none of them were pictures I received.

Here’s my guess on the delayed photos. They got hung up in your cell carrier or email provider’s server. I know that AT&T is notorious for delaying text pics at time, although it’s usually hours rather than days or weeks. I’m less familiar with email systems because there are lots more of them than cell carriers. I don’t know about US Cellular.
What I do know is that the Spartan server forwards the photos as soon as it gets them. The cameras send photos immediately. They don’t even have a way to take photos and send later. They’ll try a couple or three times if there is a signal problem, but once sending has failed a certain (small) number of times, that’s it. The camera will not try again. The next time it takes a pic, it sends that new pic, it doesn’t backtrack to the one that didn’t get sent before.
It’s also not possible for the cameras to send pics that aren’t on the SD card, so if you changed the SD card, but later got pics from the card you pulled, that’s definitely not the cameras sending the pics because the pics aren’t on the card for the camera to send. I’m not sure if this is what has been happening but it sounds like it might be, based on your description.
I’m pretty sure that your cameras aren’t the problem and it’s highly unlikely that it’s the Spartan server. You may want to try a different email address.
