Why cant i get my att xb cams to update firmware?

  Are you doing this manually or over the air? 

  If manually, you’re sure you have the correct FW file.
  
  Class 10 SD card, formatted in the camera.

  File copied to SD card, no spaces or parentheses in name. (I think you’ll get a message about the file not being found if the file name isn’t right so I don’t think that’s the problem.)

  I did it over the air but cam stopped sending photos so i shut it off and restarted it sent a test photo and it said updating firmwear but would say fail after a few minutes and restart on its own did it a few times same luck

  I would try a manual update if you have the camera in hand

  Got two of the xb cams and both are not updating it over the air

  How old is the firmware on the camera? If they won't update over the air you'll have to do it manually. Have you done that before? Here's a link to the instructions to a manual update.

  2017/12/14 is the firmwear.    I will have to have someone smarter then me with computer do it! Lol

  Oops! I forgot to post the link but I see that Johnny did. Just follow the instructions on that download page. They’re below the table with the firmware files for download. It’s really easy.
  
  Before you do the manual update, cancel the over-the-air one that you’ve requested.
