App problems/no photos
Camera used to send photos to email. Bought the “premium credits” so I could more easily view photos in the app. Now the camera no longer emails any photos and the app will not load any photos/says there are none. Batteries are good, has signal on Verizon, not possible there were no photos taken because I was getting 30+ a day. What gives?

You switched the camera from Auto to Premium (in the camera, with it in SETUP mode, fourth tab, Send Via)?
Then also in the fourth tab, you chose Register (can’t remember exactly what the option is, but it’s obvious).
In the app, you clicked the + to add the camera and followed the prompts to input the IMEI and regicide.
Once the camera was showing in the app, then take/send a manual photo and it should come to the app. (With camera in setup and online, point it at something, press OK to take pic then OK again to send.)
