App problems/no photos

    You switched the camera from Auto to Premium (in the camera, with it in SETUP mode, fourth tab, Send Via)?

    Then also in the fourth tab, you chose Register (can’t remember exactly what the option is, but it’s obvious).

    In the app, you clicked the + to add the camera and followed the prompts to input the IMEI and regicide.

    Once the camera was showing in the app, then take/send a manual photo and it should come to the app. (With camera in setup and online, point it at something, press OK to take pic then OK again to send.)

    And you’re sure you didn’t leave the camera in setup mode?

    Did the camera send a status report at midnight?

    Does the camera appear in the app, just no pics? Or not in the app at all?

    It might be an SD card issue. Have you call Spartan's support line?

    Photos are sent to my email but the app does not have any photos. Why doesn’t photos show on app?

    Chris, did the camera ever send to the app? Is the camera itself showing on the app home screen? Have you tried logging out of the app and back in? Android or ios?

    Are you running the camera in auto where you put the email address in the camera or did you enter the email address on the online portal?
