What model numbers are the cameras (GC-?????) And are you using the app? For the sporadic camera do you have any start/stop times set? How's your premium credits?

To add to Johnny’s questions, what happens when you try to take/send a manual photo? (In setup mode, with the camera logged into the cellular network, point it at something, press OK to take a pic, press OK again to send the pic.)

His questions are the first to ask, and the information you provide for those may lead to a solution, but taking/sending a manual photo may help if there’s nothing obvious in the first set of answers.

Z4gb. I have 11 credits. Yes I am using the spartan app. I have never had any start/stop times set. Just needed motion activated. I have not tried it manually. And I didn’t bring the key. But I will try that.

Make sure you are using a class 10 memory card that's 32gb or smaller. Did the firmware update on the camera or is it still pending? Try the manual pic like Liz suggested and see what happens. Also make sure that power save is turned on in the settings. Looking at the status report on the app what firmware version is on the camera(s)?

I am using a 64 Memory card. On the 1st camera it has been pending since 5/31/19. On the 2nd camera it is complete. I will try the manual picture tomorrow. The firmware says on camera 1 - DSP: 2018/08/23-10:41:02, the second camera says 2018/11/28- 15/23:23

The camera does not support SD cards larger than 32 G.

We need to know the specific models (GC-what?) for each of the firmwares so we can tell if they are current. Just the date is all that is necessary.

I changed sad cards. I tried the manual picture and I received on my phone app. But I have it set up in my house and walking in front of it and no pictures out of either camera

You replaced the cards with a name brand SD card that's a class 10 and 32 gb or smaller? Have you checked to see if the pictures are getting to the online portal and maybe just not getting to your phone?

    andrew.stegall,

    What model camera? GC-what?

Does the camera pass the Hello test? With it in setup mode and connected to the network, fourth tab, Diagnostics, Hello test. If it passes, you are connected to the network. If it fails, check your data plan.

What brand, class (4, 6, or 10), capacity (G), and physical size (standard or microSD in an adapter) SD card are you using? Did you format it in the camera? Did you try a different SD card?

If you are using the app, do you have premium credits? In the app, at the bottom, choose Account > Premium Credits > Check credits.

Is your firmware up to date? Check the Status Report page of the app.
