    If you are getting your data from ATT or Verizon directly then have you checked your premium credits? Are you still getting your daily status reports?

    Thanks. Still getting daily status emails that it’s online, good battery and receiving cellular signal. It’s on Verizon. Talked to them this morning and everything is working on their end. Have unlimited data. What is the premium credits?

    Premium credits are what allows you to use the app and all of it's features. Log on to the online portal and click account and premium credits to see if you have any remaining or on the app go to account and premium credits and check there. You get one free month of credits with every new camera purchase.

    You should also be able to check credits from the app. ACCOUNT > Premium Credits > Check Credits.

    thanks!  It looks like that might have been my issue.  I bought 12 new credits.  Do they load automatically?

    Yes, you will have to wait for your next status report to come in so the camera knows it has the credits but you should be fine after that.

    Eventually, the app is going to warn you when you are out of credits for any particular camera but they’re still working on that.

    That’s good.  The app should definitely warn you, that would be helpful.  I think it would also be helpful to have a cloud storage option for the pics you want to keep.  I currently just have a folder I download them to which works okay for now but would be good to keep them on app.

    If you save a picture or video the app will create a folder and put it in your phones gallery. The folder will have the cameras name on it.
