I am using the AT&T Sim card with 12 months premium credit would like to just have a text every time I get a picture but not sure how to set that up right now I have to go into my app and look at pictures yesterday I was on location and went through the set up and turned it on and it was working after I return to my home it’s stopped sending me pictures I’m going on location again today to check on camera

Ok, I’m setup to receive e-mails of my pics and of course to see them thru app. My wife is setup to get app notifications so she can view pics thru app. I’m not receiving anything thru e-mail or app. The weird part is my wife gets notifications every time a pic is taken but goes to look at them and they aren’t on the app. Battery good, reception is good cause she is getting notifications every time a pic is taken. It started June 1st.

Check your premium credit history and it should give you the beginning and end dates of the last credit used. Also look at the picture numbers on the portal, are the numbers sequential or are they all the same. Check the P# on the bottom right of the last few night pictures and see if you see anything other than P5.
