    What is your daily limit set to in the camera settings on the app? Are the pics getting to the online portal and just not to your app?

    They are not going through the portal if I go to the camera and go through it manually and hit send it goes through that way

    Make sure that PIR/sensitivity is not oFF and that you do not have any start-stop times set.

    When the camera is on, is it taking pics but not sending them (pics are on SD card) or is it not taking them at all.

    Is the cameras firmware up to date? It also could be a bad memory card. The card should be a class 10 and no larger then 32gb.

    I am using the AT&T Sim card with 12 months premium credit would like to just have a text every time I get a picture but not sure how to set that up right now I have to go into my app and look at pictures yesterday I was on location and went through the set up and turned it on and it was working after I return to my home it’s stopped sending me pictures I’m going on location again today to check on camera

    Ok, I’m setup to receive e-mails of my pics and of course to see them thru app. My wife is setup to get app notifications so she can view pics thru app. I’m not receiving anything thru e-mail or app. The weird part is my wife gets notifications every time a pic is taken but goes to look at them and they aren’t on the app. Battery good, reception is good cause she is getting notifications every time a pic is taken. It started June 1st.

    If you are getting your data from somewhere other then Spartan camera then check and see if you have premium credits. Also check the online portal and see if the photos are showing up there.

    Check your premium credit history and it should give you the beginning and end dates of the last credit used. Also look at the picture numbers on the portal, are the numbers sequential or are they all the same. Check the P# on the bottom right of the last few night pictures and see if you see anything other than P5.

    My premium credit history shows 12 purchased on 3/2/2019
    1 used that day
    1 used on 4/2/2019
    1 used on 5/2/2019 which was the last one used

    Like a say. My wife’s phone shows notifications saying you’ve got a photo even as of last night but she gets into app and they ain’t on their and nothing is happening on my phone.
