I have been trying for days to get through, finally left a vm, an email and "live" chat.  Is there another way to contact?

There have been two 4-day weekends. You can order the part here.

I understand the holidays, but after looking and looking I find in small print that I have 3 days to notify you of an order you shipped wrong and I can’t get a hold of anyone to notify them. I am looking for the entire antenna not just the gasket. Also looking to receive a response on how to make my order right. Thanks for replying, didn’t know how else to get a hold of anyone

I'm sure given the fact they were closed for the holidays and if it was their error that there will be no issues getting this resolved. What did you order and what did you get? Also, I would make sure you're emailing sales and not just tech support. Sales@spartancamera.com

I’m sorry for assuming you were looking for the gasket. You commented on a three-year-old thread about a gasket and didn’t indicate what you needed or why you needed to talk to someone. I posted the current answer to the original question since the part can now be ordered without calling.

I ordered 2 golive m cams and rec’d 2 golive cams. I will try that email, I have never seen that email posted anywhere. I have 4 other Spartans that work intermittently at best some are 2 years old some are 4 or 5. Do you offer a service where I can send in and have you look at? 1 will burn thru batteries in less than a week, 1 won’t send pics and 1 only takes pics when it feels like it. When they work they are great, don’t want people to read this and think otherwise, but they need a little maintenance.

We can try and do some diagnosis here before you try sending them back. First thing would be to make sure that the firmware is updated and you are using a to spec SD card that's 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and full sized, no micros in adapters. What are the models of the cameras that you have?

    I have 2 GoCam Spartan Blackout (GC-USCb) and 2 GC-U4Gb2(S378U)

Is the firmware up to date on the cameras? Have you tried new SD cards, they do go bad sometimes. Also Verizon and ATT are shutting down their 3g soon, within a month for the most part, I'm not sure on US cellular and also how their upgrades to 5g may be affecting your cameras.

I will try those steps and see, but the camera should still take pictures and I should be able to see them when I pull the card even if the service/network is not working properly, right?  So how long do you predict these new 4g cameras are going to be good for then?  It is possible to order an entire new antenna for the GC-U4Gb2?

Yes you can order new antennas directly from Spartan. The cameras will work as normal cameras once the 3g network is shut down, just turn send mode off to save battery. 4g is going to be around for a long long time.
