Also I can manually request a status report and the next time a deer or animal triggers the camera I get the status report that I requested so I know it can send them.  It is only the schedulued events I am not getting.

You should still have gotten one scheduled status report a day even when your credits ran out. Maybe the camera defaulted itself somehow. I would try doing a settings update (like you changed some settings) and see if that takes care of the problem.

I did get daily emails saying my credits had expired.  They were going to my junk folder.  I purchased the credits then.  I have been doing the updates but nothing is working so far.  I have been checking my junk folder also and they are not going there.

How's the battery on the camera? Check the P# on the lower right of the photos on the last few night pictures

I dont think that is the issue because when deer get in front of it , it snaps away for as long as they are there.

P3 is really getting low especially if they are lithium batteries. I think that's your problem. Low batteries will cause the camera to miss scheduled events. Are you seeing that P3 during the daytime too?

Yes, the camera will still send motion pics and requested status reports for a while after the batteries start getting really low. Missing the scheduled events is a definite sign of low battery.

Ok I will go to the cam and change the batteries and see what happens.  Thanks for your help.
