Brand new cameras and there taking pictures but not sending them to my phone

  Are the pictures getting to the online portal? When you say phone do you mean text or app?

  You’ve replied to a thread that is two years old.

  New camera or one that’s been working? iOS or Android? Are the pictures on the portal (my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management)? 

  Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app, including the battery/signal indicators all the way down through the SD card info.
