There is an upgrade program. You don't trade in your old cameras but if you have a 3g camera you are able to buy a 4g model for $250

    Gator,

What kind of batteries are you using? What is the P number on the info strip of night photos? What’s the signal strength generally?

Does sound like something with the batteries. Do you have real time on or off? Are you using the app and premium service?

    Batteries energizer not lithium
    P 5
Battery life on that app shows 3 bars 5.1v
    Signal normally 2/3 bars
Real time on premium credits with the app

Real time on is really going to eat up your batteries and once you start seeing anything other then 5.7 volts then it's time to change them. The night time pics are still showing P5 or was that a day photo?

Alkalines, low signal, and real time on likely are causing short battery life.

The 3g going away shouldn't effect the camera at all. Is your firmware up to date?
