My camera sends 20 pictures each time with status report. So it keeps taking pics for two hours straight every day. It will not let me change it in my app. Don't even need a report. Let alone the same pic 20 times. When I try an change it. It gives me no options to. Frustrated

Unless it’s an older 3G model, you will get a status report with every picture. Are you getting them via email? If so, on the portal, log in, CAMERAS, and remove the email address or phone number from the place at the bottom of the screen for status report.
It isn’t clear to me whether you are getting false triggers for a couple of hours or whether it’s something else. What letter is on the info strip? Is it for about the same couple of hours every day?
It’s also not clear to me what “it” is that you are wanting to change. If it’s whether or not you get a status report, you can’t change that. If it’s stopping getting status report via text or email, you do that from the portal as explained above.
if you are getting false triggers during part of the day, you may have to use start-stop times to set a long trigger interval during the time it’s sending too many pics and your normal settings the rest of the time.
If you need to change settings, you should be able to do so if you have credits, which you have because you are getting pics.
