"Registration Failed"

Hello,

I have US Cellular model GC-USCb.  I've followed all the instructions I can find, and registered the camera with US Cellular, but I'm getting a "Registration Failed" from the camera.  What do I try next?  BTW, is there live phone support?

  Try a hello test in diagnostics on the cameras menu. Does the camera show bars of signal strength on the screen? Sometimes the activation through US Cellular can take an hour or so.

  Hello Test says "Test Failed"

  Have four good bars of signal.

  Activated with US Cellular last week.

  Still no worky...

  I would double check with US Cellular. That hello test failing means there's no communication. You could try a different memory card, I've seen that cause issues before. Make sure it's a class 10 and 32gb or smaller.
