I have a camera that is sending pics to email just fine. I recently downloaded the app and added the camera with no trouble at all. I see the camera added to the app but it will not send pics to app. When I am trying to set it up for app use I change to premium and the camera tells me during a test picture that it’s sending and then it says server error. It’s an at&t camera plan that’s on the yearly buy a session. Any suggestions

A little more information would be helpful.

Are the pictures on the portal or not?

Has it been sending pics and then stopped?

    What model camera? GC-what?

Are you buying your data from a cell carrier or from Spartan?

If not from Spartan, do you have premium credits?

Have you tried taking/sending a photo manually (camera in setup mode, logged into the network) by pointing it at something, pressing OK to take pic, and OK again to send? If so, what message(s) appeared on the camera screen?

Server error typically means that you don’t have premium credits. If this is a new camera, you should have gotten a free credit when you registered the camera. Can you please check your premium credit situation?

In the app, tap Account (bottom right), then Premium Credits, and then Check Credit.

Pictures are not on the portal

It sends pics when using email delivery

It recently started trying to use the app

    Its a GC-ATTi

I purchase data from at&t (cell carrier) supposed to be premium credits

I have done the manual test photo. That’s where I get the server error message.

That’s the problem. I have 0 credits. Thank you

Glad it’s something simple. It’s easy to forget about credits if you haven’t used premium before or if it’s been a while. When you aren’t using Spartan for your data, you have to purchase the premium credits separately from your carrier data.
