Renewed data plan now get failed 112 message

    Default the camera in it's menu settings and try sending a manual picture again. If it still doesn't send then go into the menu and to diagnostics and try a hello test and see if it passes or fails. Can't hurt to try a different SD card as well. Try those things and if they don't work we'll go from there.

    It failed the hello test. Tried new sd card and formatted it in the camera.

    I would check your data plan and make sure that's good, ATT is funny sometimes especially if you have more than one camera. Go in to the information screen on the camera and make sure that the IMEI number is showing and that it matches the number on the sticker.

    Yep it was an ATT issue. The cancelled one of my devices. Back in business now.
