My attb camera stopped sending pictures. I check my camera and when I turn to setup 00000/10668 is displayed where it usually shows how many bars of services I have. It won’t let send a picture or even access diagnostics. I Lao noticed on the web portal that even before it stopped working completely it was skipping sending quite a few pictures. Any ideas?

  Default the settings in the cameras menu and see if that changes anything.

  If it’s not showing any bars, it doesn’t have a cell connection.

  Double-check your data plan.

  Make sure the antenna is secure.

  Clean the contacts on the SIM by rubbing them on your jeans or with a pencil eraser.

  Blow gently into the SIM slot. 

  Format the SD card in the camera.
