So they are going to a folder with the camera name but you can't access it? What brand and model is your phone?

I can access them but it's a pain since I have to go through the file directory to find them. It's the same on both my tablet and phone. Both are Samsung.

They are in a folder by themselves though correct?

Yep. They go to DCIM/GoWireless/Gc-atti but Android is not recognizing the folder through the gallery. Basically need to change the file save location.

The old app didn’t allow you to choose the save location. The new app puts pictures for each camera in its own folder.

I have an old app that’s no longer available, QuickPic, and it shows the albums (ones with the camera numbers, which are the photos in the app that haven’t been purged but aren’t saved; and ones with the camera description which have the saved photos) and the pictures in the albums.

The default Gallery app on my Note 9 shows the albums with the numbered names and a number of photos for each but there aren’t any visible photos.

I’m going to report this to our contacts. I don’t use the Android app that much so hadn’t caught this.

You may want to try QuickPic from the Play Store, at least for the time being. It works for me and it’s my preferred photo viewer. I haven’t tried many others, though, so there may be some that are even better.

Quick pic stopped working for me so I started using piktures and have been very happy with it.

Just downloaded Quick Pic and it grabbed the files right away. Thank you very much!

I’m told that the QuickPic in the store isn’t the “good” one, although that appears to be the one I have installed. I’m going to check out some others.

    Gallery365 appears to work.
