Transferring SIM card with data on it

Had a camera get smashed was wondering if I can transfer the SIM card to a new camera so I don’t lose the two plus months of data on the SIM card? SIM card is through spartan

  Please call 770-582-0004 9 am - 6 pm Eastern M-F. Spartan plans are keyed to the camera’s IMEI so you can’t just swap SIMs. Someone should be able to help you.
