    By update, I think you mean firmware update? What is the date of your current firmware? I guess tech support says you have to do the FW update manually because the camera is not responding to commands.

    Did tech support check your premium credits? Getting status reports but not pics is usually because you are out of premium credits or there is something wrong with the SD card.

    What kind of batteries are you using? What was the P number on the info strip of th3 last few night pics? What is the voltage on the last status report?

    Yes firmware. Current date is 5-28-18. My premium credits are good. Sd should be ok, it took pics at my office before I put it out on my lease. Batteries are regular Duracell. P5 and 5.7 volts

    Problem could still be the SD card. They work until they don’t. 

    At this point, I’m at a loss. Maybe Johnny will have some ideas.

    Make sure power save is turned on (it's in the camera settings in the app). You are getting a status report every day? If you want to email me your portal log in information and I will take a look. My email is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com
