Failing to deliver pictures from camera to app

    The failure of the Hello test means that the camera does not have a data connection. Please double-check your data plan on the AT&T Buy-A-Session web site. It’s possible that your transaction wasn’t complete or that the plan you bought went to a different camera if you have multiple cameras on your account.

    If you have another AT&T camera, you can try that second camera’s SIM in the first camera. 

    Also, make sure the antenna is secure.

    I’m having the same exact problem as mentioned above. My camera worked great the month of September, took and sent pics. Come October - it takes pics but does not send them to the app. I have credits. Status reports full service and battery.

    Brian are they getting to the online portal? What is the camera model and is the firmware up to date?
