Model GC-ATTB self test fail

  Hello, My GC-ATTb is connected to ATT network but fails the self test. I have tried numerous things and can not get it to work. What do I need to do?

  By self test, do you mean sending a photo manually or the Hello test (on the camera’s menu, fourth tab, Diagnostics, Hello test).

  if you mean sending a photo, please do the Hello test. If you mean the Hello test, that means that your camera isn’t connected to the cellular network, check your data plan. The camera will show bars even if you don’t have a data plan. It sees the network but isn’t able to communicate across it.
