Cannot access camera settings or receive status report

As of 10pm 8/6/19 i have not received a status report. Also cannot access camera settings in mobile app. Camera is downloading photos only when i open app.

  Thanks Rob, that's about the time I started noticing problems too. It been reported and I'm sure being looked into.

  I'm in georgia and the same here. I am not receiving notifications when it takes a pic. It's taking pics but I have to click on the icon then the pics will download.

  Andy, I'm guessing that you are using an android phone. That issue with the notifications is being worked on, tech is aware of it hopefully we should hear something about it soon.

  Well, it just keeps on getting better. Now all my app says is theres no camera on my account. My log is nothing but red error messages.

  My app said the same thing and there were several cameras showing. I think it does that when it doesn’t have a connection to the server (no WiFi or cell signal), but it also may be on the server end. They’re working on it.
