No Reports or Photos in 10 days
I have credits and my data plan is up do date. The photos are on the SD card, but I am not getting them through the App or via email. What else could it be?

Unless my email provider decided to specifically block email delivery from Spartan to one email address - cotofanap_email-attcam@xxxxx.com. It is possible but highly unlikely. Never had this situation occur and I have been using them for more than 10 years.

Your email provider doesn't necessarily have to block them, just a delay by them on a few attempts can cause it. It does happen with your other emails but you won't notice it if a standard email is delayed getting to you by 5, 10 or even 30 minutes. Hopefully this is just a one time occurrence.

This started about 2 weeks ago. No delays, just no email delivery. The email address cotofanap_email-attcam@xxxxx.com no longer receives any status updates and photo NOTIFICATION emails from Spartan. When it worked the delivery was within less than 60 seconds form Spartan to me.
All other emails, such as from this forum when a new post is made and from Spartan support when a new ticket entry is made, are being delivered just fine to cotofanap_email-attcam@xxxxx.com.

Please call tech support, 770-582-0004 9 am-6 pm Eastern M-F. Neither Johnny nor I can do anything about this issue. Johnny has made several suggestions, none of which seem to have worked.
You do realize that photos and status reports are sent from a different FROM address than the other emails you mention. Your carrier could very well have blocked the Spartan Camera server. Just because they’ve never done it before doesn’t mean that it hasn’t happened this time.

I already opened a ticket with Spartan support. I do realize the email sources are different.
1. No email flows from noreply1@hcowireless.com to cotofanap_email-attcam@xxxxx.com
2. Email flows OK from noreply@spartancamera.zendesk.com and support@spartancamera.zendesk.com to cotofanap_email-attcam@xxxxx.com
This along with other tests I did just proves that the email address cotofanap_email-attcam@xxxxx.com is capable of receiving and sending emails with or without attachments. If my email provider would have blocked emails coming from noreply1@hcowireless.com or the Spartan email server supporting it then my other emails I am using to test would have the same issue. This is not the case as all other email addresses I used to test do receive status updates and photo notification emails from noreply1@hcowireless.com. I still believe the issue is on the Spartan side.
