    Which model camera (GC-what?)

Are you getting data from your phone carrier or from Spartan?

Have you checked to be sure that your camera has data?

What brand, class (4, 6, or 10), capacity (G?), and size (standard or microSD in adapter) are you using?

Does the camera pass the Hello test? (Camera in setup, on the cell network, Menu, fourth tab, scroll down to Diagnostics, Hello test)

If it doesn’t pass the Hello test, you aren’t connected to the cell network.

If it passes the Hello test, what happens when you take/send a manual photo? Camera in setup, on the network, point it at something, press OK to take pic, OK again to send. Watch the screen. What does it say?

Yes it just passed the hello test.
And when I try sending a manual photo it first says setting... then sending... then retrying... then failed

We’re trying to diagnose the one that isn’t working. Can we please stick to that one? Please tell me about the SD card you are using.

What brand and class? Class is important. Is it class 4, 6, or 10?

That's probably the issue, that card really needs to be a class 10

I'll get a different class card and see if that fixes the issue

That's great, glad it was something simple.
