password error

2 out of my 3 spartan go cam cameras give me "password error" when i put my password in, its the same password i use on all of my cameras (12 reconyx) any help? Can i reset this through the web and or my app on my phone? I don't wanna have to send it in?

  I don't think you can reset it without sending it in. You can try calling the office and see what they say but I think you are going to have to send it back. Can you just turn it on and make any changes that you need from the app?
