New Verizon Camera Data Subscription still "Pending Activation" after 4 days...

Trying to set up our new Verizon Cameras (we have 14 at&t cameras). 

Purchased the wireless subscription through the Spartan Website and we are still awaiting an email or anything that will help us get this camera registered and activated. 

Status still shows "Activation Pending"
