  I don't know what happened to my original post's body, but my situation is this...

  every time I try to do the OTA updates on my cameras, it locks the camera up.  I am looking for the file needed to manually update the cameras.  The file I downloaded from the location you provided is an .ota file.  Will that work or do I need a .bin file??

  .OTA is correct. The old 3G cameras use .BIN files.
