Not getting emails

    The cameras don’t send emails, the server does. Have you checked the portal to be sure that you have the email address listed under ACCOUNT > EMAIL CONTACTS, and then under CAMERAS > DELIVERY OPTIONS, you have selected the email address for that camera and you have entered that email address for the status reports (bottom of the email list)?

    I just did the validation again.
    Both cameras have been out for over a year and no changes had been made to the delivery when this started. Both worked until then.

    I just did “take photo now” on the 3g camera. Picture was sent to the app/portal but still no email of the same

    Yes.
    Thursday was last day I got any status report or pic emails.

    I would go to the portal and uncheck the email address and click the update button and then check it off again and click update. See if that makes a difference.

    This is the same email I have been using for 2 years with this account.

    No emails last night either, website shows status was updated.

    I understand that you have been using this email for a while and it should work. I just wanted you to try another to test it and make sure there's not something else going on.

    Johnny that's why you're the man !
    Changed the email address ( from a desk top computer) and requested a photo from the 3g camera. Not sure if it was a coincidence or what but when I went to check for the photo (on my phone) the app showed it just updated and showed me the features. Once I clicked done the pic was there and I had the email to the new address. Gave it 30 minutes and tried it again and got the pic and the email.

    I'm glad it's sending for you again, don't forget server maintenance tomorrow so app and email will be down for a few hours.
