What is the camera model and where did you get your data from? How many pictures did it take at home? Sometimes the SIM cards come with enough data to send a picture or two so if you didn't take any more pics then that I would double check the data plan.

GoCam 4G Blackout ATT. I didn’t send any test photos on setup, just made sure it connected to the network. All three cameras are on the data plan. The two in the woods are working perfect.

It would be helpful if you would elaborate on what you have tried. Have you cleaned the SIM contacts, either by rubbing with a pencil eraser or rubbing against your jeans? Have you removed and erase acted the SIM? Have you checked to be sure the antenna is tight but not too tight?

while the SD card shouldn’t be causing this error, is it a class 10 full size name brand card, 32 G or less, formatted in the camera?

is the firmware up to date?

Try cleaning the Sim contacts like Liz mentioned. I'm assuming you got your data from Spartan correct? You can also try defaulting the camera in it's menu.

I have learned the hard way that it is a good idea to take/send at least one manual photo any time I touch a camera for any reason.

We have a camera doing the same thing. We got a new SIM card from Spartan--same error. Firmware is up to date. SD card has been reformatted and settings returned to defaults. What else can we try? This is also an ATT blackout version.

Has this camera worked or is it new?

Have you tried a different SD card? Doe the camera pass the Hello test? You purchased your data plan from Spartan, not AT&T?
