New camera isn't doing anything

    Check the online portal and see if there's any photos getting there. Did you set any start stop times in the settings? What is your camera model and where did you purchase your data from?

    No pictures there either except the last one with me. No start stop times, Verizon gocam and purchased data from Verizon as the instructions said. Have 6 premium credits as well.

    OK, that's good news about the midnight status report. Check the picture numbers on the portal and see if they are in sequence or all the same. It could be an SD card issue, is the card a class 10, 32gb or smaller? It also could just be no activity. What you can do is set up some scheduled pictures in scheduled events throughout the day. That way if you don't get any photos at least you know the camera is still there and working. I get pics at 5am, 10am, 1pm, 6pm and 9pm. With these scheduled events it's also good if you happen to request a video or HD image, that way you don't have to wait until a motion trigger until it sends.
