Multi-device pictures not showing up via app

    Check and make sure that download only when on WiFi is turned off on both devices and auto download is turned on. Both of those settings are in the app settings. Also make sure that you have the app allowed to run in the background and that battery management for the app is turned off. It can't hurt to log out and back in to the app. Check and make sure all permissions are granted as well.

    Have you logged out of and back into the apps on both devices? Uninstalled and reinstalled?

    I am running two Android phones and one Android tablet (plus a second Android tablet, but not regularly) and three iPads on my Spartan app and pictures are going to all devices.

    On the Info screen, is the device ID the same or different for your phone and your tablet?

    I just turned cameras back on it prep for deer season.   1st pictures taken were to android phone and nothing sent to tablet (8/25).  That night/early morning (8/26) all pictures have been only sent to tablet.  The tablet will not even allow me to see 8/25 pictures on cell phone.  

    Logged in/out of both devices, uninstalled/installed on both devices.

    That’s the problem. The mobile ID should not be the same. I’m not sure why it is. The server uses the mobile ID to identify the device, but you have two devices that have the same ID. There’s something on them that is identifying them as the one/same device.

    I don’t know whether tech support can help or whether it’s Samsung or your cell carrier.

    First thing is to update the apps to the latest version of they are not. If the mobile ID's are still the same then on the phone try these steps. You probably will lose the pictures so save anything to a different folder if it's something you don't want gone forever.
    clear cache and data from the phone
    go to settings > apps > spartan > storage > clear data/clear cache. The app will start like a new app install

    Cleared Cache and Data on phone and works now.   I will have to check tablet when get a chance to make sure nothing changed on it (it was one working properly)
