Turn the camera off and then back to setup, once it finds signal press the OK button to take a picture and when it asks you press OK again to send the picture. Watch what it says on the screen.

If the camera doesn't find signal go into the menu, to diagnostics and do a hello test, see if it passes or fails. What model is the camera and where are you buying your data from?

It says I have 1 credit remaining. I don’t even know what the premium credits are or do.

Each camera uses a credit a month, that's so you can use premium and the app

I’m having same issues on my 3 cams. All stopped sending pics by texts. Left message for support to call back. How long does that normally take.

aphillieman, support is usually pretty quick but with the text situation they are a little backed up right now. The problem is Verizon is blocking the text pictures after they leave the Spartan server. I'm guessing that your cell phone is a Verizon phone? Are you using the app or getting email pics too?

Verizon phone and cams. Pics only through texts. Just spent 20 mins on phone with Verizon. They say everything is good on that end.

Used to get them by email but switched to text last year. Never tried the app. Maybe I should

I would try the app, you get a free month of it with every camera purchase. No body you talk to at Verizon will be able to tell you what's going on, your cell plan is fine with nothing being blocked and your cameras are working fine as well most likely. Verizon is blocking them before they ever get to you. Their auto filters look at all the pictures being sent as spam. ATT has been doing it off and on for the past few years and now Verizon is doing it.
