What model camera? GC-what? Are you getting your data from Spartan or from your cell carrier or AT&T? BTW, I’m not aware of any plans from Spartan or any cell carrier that are based on number of pictures. All plans are based on data usage, not number of photos.

Has your camera sent a status report since the last picture? What kind of batteries are you using? What is the P number on the info strip of the last few night pictures?

If you are using premium, have you logged on to your account and looked at the numbers on each picture? Are they the same or are they incrementing as they should (one number at a time for photo only, two numbers at a time for photo + video)?

Leaving multiple voicemails and emails just slows support down. Every call before yours has to be logged and checked to be sure whether it’s the initial contact from the customer or a repeat contact for a customer who has been helped after the initial contact.

Call volume is heavy this time of year and the Verizon text problem that popped up last week hasn’t helped at all.

Model is A4Gb. I bought the data through Spartan. I called support when setting up data plan and the guy told me the 3 month plan for 35.99 is usually about 20,000 pics so I went with that. At the bottom of the status report it used to say how many GB have been used but now is blank. There was a status update today so yes it has been updated since last pic which was 8/25/19. I’m using Duracell batteries and they are brand new and says it has full battery life. The number in the info strip is P3 for last few night pics and daytime. The numbers on pics are incrementing as they should.

That plan is actually 1 GB for 3 months, not a number of pictures, because the cameras can transmit video and video uses more data than pictures. Picture size depends on whether you are using regular or large thumbnails, day vs. night, etc.

The two most obvious possibilities are dead batteries and bad SD card.

P3 on the info strip is a good indicator that your batteries are low/dead. Once you start seeing P3 on the info strip, it’s time to think about changing batteries.

Or there may be something wrong with your SD card if the information about how much space is used and how much is available aren’t showing on your status report. Make sure you are using a name brand (SanDisk is a good one), class 10 (not 4 or 6), standard size (not microSD in adapter) SD card 32 G or less capacity, formatted in the camera.

Like Liz mentioned P3 is low batteries especially on daytime pictures. Do you have overwrite turned on in the camera settings on the app?
