what is the process to view videos from my gocam? i have it set to photo and video but on my app all i get is the pictures. is there something else i have to do to get those videos?

  If you've ever requested an HD image before it's the same process. If you see a picture that you want the video for you request it and the next time the camera checks in it will send it. On Android you hit the three dots in the top right while looking at the picture and a drop down menu appears with choices and for iOS the video option should be at the bottom of the screen
