I have my app set to auto purge after 3 days, but it does not delete the pics,  is it just another flaw in app, or i am doing something wrong, and also why dont spartan inform there people of firmware updates,

  The firmware notification was added to the status report on the app now so everyone should be able to keep track. For the purge are the pics recent or older? I know when the app first updated earlier this year older saved pics were not purged to protect them. I do have one other person that has a purge issue with the app, his phone is older though, droid turbo 2 I think. What version of the app are you using and android or Iphone?

  It should delete the pics on the fourth day. That’s the days after the pics are downloaded so if you just installed the app and pics from several days ago downloaded, they will be deleted on the fourth day after downloaded.

  i don’t know why there aren’t notices of FW updates, but it would be a lot of emails. Just check the status report on the app or the page on the portal.

  2.6.9 is the version and i am  using a android phone, yes i know they should be deleted, but they dont

  What phone are you using and what operating system? Is it deleting any of the pics?
